Subject: STAR Instructor Support App - Reminder

Good Afternoon,

This App is available to all instructors and is a convenient way to check on the COVID-19 compliance status for all students on their rosters. Instructors must sign in with their UH Usernames and select Spring 2022 Apprenticeship from the drop down menu of available semesters on the top right of the screen. The default semester is usually the wrong semester for our classes. If an apprentice does not have a green check mark next to his or her name, instructors must do a Lumisight UH phone check. The STAR App is not refreshed constantly so it may simply be that the apprentice just failed to complete the daily symptom check on time. If this is the case, "you are clear to come to campus" should be indicated on their Lumisight phone App.
