Training Benefits for Retirees

Did you know you may have training benefits as a retiree?

As a Retired Employee, you may be eligible for training benefits based on the time you were an Active Participant of the Training Fund.

how long do these benefits last after retirement?

Retired Employee’s eligibility will terminate on the last of a calendar month determined as follows:

1/3 X (times) the number of months Retiree was an active Participant of the Fund = (equals) the number on months of eligibility. Retiree's effective date of retirement + (plus) number of months of eligibility = (equals) Retiree's termination date.
