Greetings Campus,

This email applies to part-time lecturers and casual hires.

We were alerted that active PTS Deferred Compensation Retirement Plan participants may have received a Separation from Service Memo. In follow-up with the local NBS contact, they were informed that this notice should have been sent only to inactive participants. However, it was inadvertently sent to about 18,000 active participants statewide. We do not know who in the UH system may have received this. Please let anyone who inquires know to disregard the memo. They apologize for the confusion this may have caused.

If an employee would like to speak to someone, please ask them to send an email to uh-tda-l@lists.hawaii.edu and we will put them in touch with the NBS contact.
