2023 Safety Courses

First Aid/CPR/AED - Basic*

(6-hrs) Certification class for individuals with no previous CPR training.


First Aid/CPR/AED - Refresher*

(3-hrs) Re-certification training for individuals having previously trained in Medic First Aid/CPR/AED.


Bloodborne Pathogens/Body Mechanics (BBP/BM)*

(2-hrs) Certification class on the OSHA Standard 29CFR 1910.1030 and Awareness training of proper body mechanic practices.


Excavation

(6-hrs) This course explores OSHA Standard 29CFR 1926.650 Subpar P, covering soil analysis & soil conditions, protective support systems, PPE etc.


Fall Protection*

(3-hrs) This course explores the OSHA Standard 29CFR 1926.500 Sub-Part M covering Fall Protection Systems and Fall Hazard Awareness.

HAZWOPER-24

(24-hrs) Hazardous Waste Operations & Emergency Response training tailored toward general employees who work in areas that do not exceed Permissible Exposure limits.


HAZWOPER - Refresher

(8-hrs) Hazardous Waste Operations & Emergency Response Refresher training for individuals who previously attended and received 40Hr/24Hr HAZWOPER training.


NFPA 70E (2018)*

(9-hrs) This class will focus on the National Fire Protection Association 70E Standard for Electrical Safety-Related work practices, Electrical Safety program, LOTO, and Personal Protective Equipment.


OSHA 10*

(10-hrs) This certification course covers eleven topics in four modules. This course shall be completed by all personnel working within the construction industry.

OSHA 30*

(30-hrs) This certification course covers 14 topics designed for IBEW members. The OSHA 30 Hour training course is intended training of the supervisor and mid-level employees.


Silica Awareness

(2-hrs) This course covers Respirable Crystalline Silica. OSHA requires that any employee exposed to Respirable Crystalline Silica be trained on the hazards associated with exposure.


Confined Space

(6-hrs) This class covers the OSHA standard 29 CFR 1926.146 Confined Space entry.
