How will UH screen visitors to campus to make sure they are vaccinated?
All visitors to campus are required to use the LumiSight UH daily health check app, including the upload of a vaccination card or a negative PCR test result within seven days (prior to the date you will be on campus), and receive a “You may report to campus” status with the current date when coming onto campus.
Download the Lumisight App from the App Store. Open the app, select
Open the Lumisight App and select “I am a Visitor”.
Check both boxes and consent to progress to the login/create account screen.
Create an account or Login if you have an account.
Upload a copy of your vaccination card. You will receive a response with an approval if everything is submitted properly. (NOTE: Make sure to apply for a vaccination exemption if you qualify for a medical or religious exemption.)
Upload copy of your COVID-19 test results if applicable. You will receive a response with an approval if everything is submitted properly.
Submit your Daily Check-In prior to your class.
